Mphahlele FM is a Community Radio that serves the community of Mphahlele geographical area which is predominantly SEPEDI speaking community, with people of different beliefs and religions including the following: learners, students, pensioners and different professionals as well as different social classes (from low, middle- and higher-income earners). The radio broadcast in Sepedi (90%) and English (10%). The station has been on air since 31/12/2020 and is under license with ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa).
VISION To be a leader and innovator in the delivery of service in Ga-Mphahlele and the surrounding areas, thereby contributing to people's development.
MISSION To provide cutting-edge community radio services in the areas of personal, socio-economic and holistic development of the community members, with the confidence to guarantee sustainable community radio services within and around the Mphahlele Areas.
OBJECTIVES To accelerate the holistic development of the previously disadvantaged members of the community. To provide a platform for information dissemination, accountability and access. To improve the quality of life of people in the area, thereby leading to self-sustainability, people development and progress. To continuously expand and build personnel at the station through cutting-edge training and development, and delivery mechanisms. To support businesses in achieving their goals and ultimately winning in the markets. To share our passion for creativity, quality and customer satisfaction throughout Mphahlele and its surrounding areas.
