Ms Chaka-Chaka – a reputable singer, actress, humanitarian with impeccable credentials and Princess of Africa – was on a quest for social justice for women and girls.
After years of travelling around the world and meeting different people, she was looking for ways to contribute further to society – a thought to open a radio station was borne, a radio station for women, by women, with women.
